These Melting Moments are such an old favourite of mine. They are the kind of biscuit that gets better each day, which, really, only lasts at the most two days in most households! The butteryness and lightness of these biscuits is perfectly complimented by the rich butter cream centre. The custard powder gives the flavour an added kick, so they don't just taste like your everyday shortbread. They are better.
